BIOGRAPHY:

Mr. Madans was involved in Workers’ Compensation law by representing third-party administrators and self-insured employers in defense of their workers’ compensation claims since 2006. In his legal career, Mr. Madans has accumulated extensive experience for both the Applicant and Defense Bar of Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Madans founded his firm in 2011 and secured millions of dollars in settlements for Public Safety Officials and Retired Professional Athletes. Mr. Madans concentrates 100% of his practice to the zealous representation of injured workers in their Workers' Compensation claims. .

Aside from enjoying important quality time with his young family, Mr. Madans is a devoted Martial Arts enthusiast and has trained since 2005 in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Mixed Martial Arts and Krav Maga.

Mr. Madans also enjoys watching sports, traveling, reading and playing the drums.

Mr. Rivera comes to our firm as Of Counsel, brining decades of Workers’ Compensation to our firm.

Mr. Rivera has been practicing law extensively in the field of Workers’ Compensation since 1978 and is also a certified specialist by the State Bar of California since 1984. As a renowned specialist, he is not only recognized as such by the State Bar, but also held in the utmost regard by his peers in the Workers’ Compensation community.

Mr. Rivera worked as a Claim Examiner at Kemp Insurance while attenting law school.

Mr. Rivera graduated on the Dean’s List from law school, the top 10% grade point average.

Mr. Rivera has been practicing on both the defense and the applicant’s side and has accumulated extensive experience for both the Applicant and Defense Bar of Workers' Compensation.

Mr. Rivera also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation proceedings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board but has also acted as an arbitrator and mediator in many proceedings.

Mr. Rivera has been appointed a Judge Pro Temp by the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Mr. Rivera has not only been actively involved in arbitration and mediation proceedings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board but has also acted as an arbitrator and mediator.
